PRE-CARE
60 DAYS PRIOR
AVOID chemical peels

DO NOT pluck, wax, thread, or tint
DO NOT use Retinols/Retin-A or other anti-aging/acne creams
AVOID applying any serums containing acids
48 HOURS PRIOR
DO NOT take aspirin, ibuprofen, niacin, vitamin E, fish oil (omega-3) or CoQ10 or any other blood thinning agents
24 HOURS PRIOR
AVOID alcohol
AVOID coffee
AVOID intense physical activity

AFTER-CARE
Avoid increased sweating
No exercising
No swimming
Avoid hot saunas or jacuzzis
Avoid sun tanning or salon tanning
Please wash your face carefully around the eyebrow without getting water on the treated area. During the shower, keep your face away from the shower-head.
Touching of the eyebrow area except for when rinsing and applying the post-care ointment with a cotton swab
Itching and flaking may happen during the first 14 days post-microblading procedure.
Avoid any laser or chemical treatments or peelings, and/or any creams containing Retin-A or Glycolic acid on the face or neck for 30 days post treatment.
No picking, peeling or scratching of the micro-pigmented area. This avoids scarring of the area or removal of the pigment.
Avoid tasks related to heavy household cleaning, where there is a lot of airborne debris. This includes garage or basement cleaning.
Driving in open air vehicles such as convertibles, boats, bicycles, or motorcycles.
INSTRUCTIONS
DAY 1-3
WASH, DRY & APPLY TWICE PER DAY
Gently rinse brows using clean hands morning & night.
Then, completely dry brows by blotting (not rubbing).
Apply a very thin layer of the healing ointment.
Do not touch eyebrows with dirty hands. Brows might appear reddish, this is completely normal. Scabbing begins around day 3-5. Let scabs fall off naturally, DO NOT pick scabs. It will be normal for scabs to flake off when applying ointment. Avoid exercising and getting the brows wet in the shower.
DAY 4-14
DON'T TOUCH, ALMOST DONE!
Stop washing brows and let any remaining scabs fall off naturally.
Once the scabbing is completely gone you may return to normal face washing routine, makeup wearing, exercise, and sun exposure. By day 14 resume all regular routine.
As scabs flake off, there will be very light to no pigment visible. That is completely normal and part of the next phase of healing.
DAY 14-40
BACK TO ROUTINE BUT STILL HEALING
Week 2-3: Your color will be extremely faded and almost non-existent. You may fill in with makeup.
Week 3-4: The true color starts reappearing.
Week 4-6: The skin is 100% healed and true color revealed.
Unless this is already a touch up, this is when you will have your perfecting touch-up appointment, where the color and any imperfections will be adjusted.
LIPS

DO keep lips exfoliated and moist, avoid them getting dry and cracked for optimal results
72 HOURS PRIOR
DO take anti viral medication if prone to cold sore/herpes
48 HOURS PRIOR
DO NOT take aspirin, ibuprofen, niacin, vitamin E, fish oil (omega-3) or CoQ10 or any other blood thinning agents
24 HOURS PRIOR
AVOID alcohol

AFTER-CARE

Apply clean icepacks for any swelling.
Do not eat spicy, oily, acidic, or greasy foods.
When the lips begin to shed, do not pick, peel or pull on the skin.
Apply given ointment several times a day for 10 days to keep your lips moisturized.
Do not use any soaps or chemicals on your lips.
Do not expose lips to direct sunlight or tanning beds.
Keep your hands clean and avoid touching your lips until they are done healing.
Avoid any laser or chemical treatments or peelings, and/or any creams containing Retin-A or Glycolic acid on the face or neck for 30 days post treatment.
Avoid tasks related to heavy household cleaning, where there is a lot of airborne debris. This includes garage or basement cleaning.
Drinking alcohol in excess, as it may lead to slow healing of wounds.
INSTRUCTIONS
DAY 1
Immediately following the procedure, lips will feel dry, chapped, tight and tender to the touch. They may appear swollen and bright in color.
For 4 hours after treatment, apply light pressure on lips with a clean paper towel, to remove any lymph. You may gently ice for 15 minutes every hour. After 4 hours, start applying ointment as needed to keep lips constantly moist
No kissing, rubbing or friction on treatment area.
DAY 2-3
Apply ointment on lips several times a day to keep lips moist at all times. Avoid oily, spicy and heavily seasoned foods. After every meal gently rinse and clean lips with water and pat dry, then re-apply ointment.
DAY 3-7
Between these days, lips will begin and end the process of peeling, and color will lighten by 30%-50%.
Do not pick or rub your lips and let the peeling happen naturally. Continue keeping your lips moist!
DAY 7-40
Lips are done peeling, color is light. You may return to normal routines. Lips will continue to heal, up to 6 weeks. Every week more color will surface, it is important to continue keeping lips moist to get the best color at the end of the healing phase.
Just add some lip gloss and go! Unless this is already a touch up, this is when you will have your perfecting touch-up appointment, where the color and any imperfections will be adjusted.
LASH LINE ENHANCEMENT

No eye make-up is allowed until the scabbing is completely peeled off.

Refrain from wearing makeup on or around the eyes for a minimum of 7 days.
Scabbing begins around day 3-5. Let scabs fall off naturally, DO NOT pick scabs. Avoid exercising and getting the eyes wet in the shower.
